How do you see the world? Is there a vision you have of life, your art, the people in your life? Do you study from afar or leap right in the middle? Let your work reveal a glimpse into you and your vision. This is a show to experience the seen and unseen and to celebrate the artist in us all.

Eligibility- Open to all current (dues paid) USDG members.

Entry Fee- $30.00 (non-refundable) for up to 3 entries. Fee covers advertizing and the opening reception. Fees are payable to the Utah Surface Design Group by March 24, 2012.

Entry Forms- Forms are available to print out or at monthly meetings. Submit entry forms and fees to Dana Perez, 1211 S 800 E, Salt Lake City, UT 84105. Submission of Entries- Up to 3 entries per artist will be accepted at the Michael Berry Gallery on April 14, 2012. No entries will be accepted after this date.

Entries will be juried by the show committee and gallery owner. All work must be ready for hanging and display (include poles and any other display needs) with name and entry form attached. Entries not juried into the show must be picked up at the gallery on Monday April 16, 2012 by 5pm.

Sales- All works must be for sale and marked appropriately on the entry forms. The gallery will receive 40% of the retail price and the artist 60%. End of Show- All unsold work must be picked up at the gallery on June 9, 2012 by 12 noon.
